If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer the flexibility to replace it with the same item or choose an alternative from our store.

Return Shipping

We’re here to assist with your return! Please note that we can only coordinate the return pickup from the address where your order was initially delivered. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to provide a refund or exchange. For a successful return/exchange, ensure your item is unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Don’t forget to include any freebies you received with your order. Please be aware that a return delivery charge of Rs. 40 will be applied. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return in our warehouse, we aim to process refunds within a maximum of 7 days from the date shinythings.in receives the returned goods. You’ll receive an email/Whatsapp message notifying you of the successful return.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. If it’s a cash-on-delivery order, we’ll request your bank account details to process the refund. For UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking payments, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 3-5 working days.

Please keep in mind that Cash-on-Delivery charges and applicable Shipping Charges are non-refundable. We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout the return and refund process.

 

Note :

 

  • If you receive a defective/ damaged/ incomplete/ or wrong order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video of the product.

 To initiate the return process for defective or wrong items, visit the ‘My Orders’ section on shinythings.in, click on ‘Return,’ and follow the instructions to upload images.

 Ensure the unboxing video clearly highlights any issues, and include a 360-degree unpacking video of the fully packed product with original labels and tags intact.

  • Please note that failure to provide sufficient evidence or signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored, and the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
  • If you encounter any technical difficulties during this process, contact us at care@shinythings.in. We’ll investigate and respond with the best available resolution within 48-72 hours.
  • Complaints raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
  • In cases of missing items in return orders, the company has the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund, including promotional products or free gifts.
  • Once you initiate the return request, please be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation, requiring the process to be re-initiated.
  • Note that while most pin codes are both forward and reverse serviceable, some may only be forward serviceable. In such instances, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, reimbursing reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70).
  • Charges exceeding Rs. 70 will be deducted from the customer’s refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse, receiving Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with their refund.
  • Individual jewelry in a combo/gift box cannot be replaced or returned.
  • Products purchased during special promotional offers, contests, clearance, or any special scheme cannot be returned or replaced.
